This popular and versatile plant comes in many sizes from tabletop to a huge shrub. The shiny dark green leaves curve gently downward and it is the only indoor foliage plant to produce bright white “flowers” called a “spathes”. The flowers last up to a month. They’re tolerant of drafts, temperature change, and are reasonably pest-resistant. Varieties include “Mauna Loa”, “Supreme”, “Petite”, “Lynise”, “Starlight” and many others.
